Allison's dedication to women's empowerment, leadership, and worthiness spans five years, during which she has led highly successful programs aimed at nurturing and uplifting women in the dental industry.

With over a decade of dental experience and multiple certifications, including Registered Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant, Allison collaborates with dental practices to optimize efficiency and boost productivity.

As a dedicated female leadership coach, Allison is passionate about empowering women in dentistry and helping them reach their full potential. She has a deep commitment to advancing women's roles within the field. Allison is a respected faculty member of Align Technology, Upgrade Dental, and the Dental Speakers Institute. Her passion for coaching and consulting extends to helping dental offices enhance their culture and revenue by streamlining operations and improving team dynamics.
